Say Goodbye to Boring Dates

Congratulations, that cute guy you have been eyeing over the last few weeks just asked you out on a date on Saturday night! Your mind immediately starts racing as you start thinking about what you’re going to wear, how you’re going to style your hair, and whether or not, those new booties that you bought at the mall last week are going to match the outfit that you end up wearing. Now the question is what exactly will you the two of you do on this date?! |

You certainly do not want to go on the same ole “dinner and a movie” date that you’ve been going on for so long. You would rather do something new, fresh, and trendy, but you start to feel overwhelmed whenever you begin to think of ideas for dates. Well worry no more, in this article I will share this year's’ top dating hot spots, that will guarantee you a second date.

Starbucks ( or a local coffee shop) It may sound lame at first, but I personally think that coffee shops are a great place to bring a date. Just grab a cozy little table in the corner of the shop, order a cup of delicious, fresh coffee, maybe your favorite pastry to snack on, and you're all set. Sit, talk, and enjoy each other's company while getting to know one another.

Just take a stroll

Who says dates have to be fancy and expensive? Often times, they are more fun and enjoyable when the date is simple. If you enjoy nature, find a park, or outdoor area with some breathtaking scenic views and just take a walk. Maybe stop and get subs on your way for you two to eat if you get hungry and sit on a park bench with a bottle of good wine or pack a picnic.

Hit the Highway Personally, I love music, and I believe that you can learn a lot about someone just by the type of music that they enjoy. Taking a car ride is another great underrated dating idea. Hop in the car, turn up some good tunes and just drive. Back when my fiance and I first met, one of our favorite things to do was to take a drive and park somewhere pretty. We would then, lay on the hood of his car while music was blaring out of the speakers, we’d just listen and sing along while looking up at the stars and laughing together.

Bonfire + Beer + Pizza = Awesome Night

This is a good Summer date idea, Everyone loves a nice bonfire, add some background music, partner it with beer and a large cheese pizza and you are golden. You will probably end up sitting there until the wee hours of the morning because of a great time you will have. Plus, fires create the perfect atmosphere for cuddling if the date is going well!

These are my personal favorite ideas for dates. If you choose to use one of these ideas you will probably have one of the best nights of your life. Above all else, remember not to worry or stress about the date, just be yourself, have fun, be light, and just let things fall into place if you follow this advice you won't want the night to end.
